Your Auto Part Guy is a marketplace and search platform that connects buyers with used auto parts from junkyards, certified recyclers, and established retailers. We are not the seller of the parts listed on our platform.
When you purchase a part through our platform, you are buying directly from the third-party seller. We facilitate the connection and transaction, but the seller is responsible for the part's condition, accuracy of the listing, shipping, and fulfillment.
Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
We do not store your full credit card information. All payment data is handled by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Parts ship directly from the seller, not from Your Auto Part Guy. Shipping times, methods, and costs vary by seller and part. See our Shipping & Returns page for detailed shipping information.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside the seller's control.
We offer a 30-day return policy for parts that are defective, damaged during shipping, or do not match the listing description. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full return policy.
Return eligibility is determined by the specific circumstances of each case. We reserve the right to deny returns for items that show signs of installation damage, misuse, or modification.
Your Auto Part Guy acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We make every effort to ensure listings are accurate, but we do not independently verify every part listed on our platform.
Buyers should exercise their own judgment when purchasing used auto parts. For critical safety components (brakes, steering, suspension), we recommend purchasing parts rated "Refurbished" or "Used-Excellent" with a warranty.
All content on Your Auto Part Guy — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Vehicle make, model, and part names referenced on the platform are trademarks of their respective manufacturers and are used solely for identification purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Auto Part Guy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or vehicle damage from part installation.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Auto Part Guy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you are entitled to bring a claim in small claims court.
